Beaverdam Creek

THE CSA FOR FOODIES.

We have loved our summer CSA! We are going to greatly miss it when our season ends. Amazing people who grow amazing food!

~Chris Edwards Chaney

CSA Shares are distributed for 22 weeks, beginning in May. A share is a peck basket containing approximately enough produce for a couple or a couple with small children depending on your eating and cooking habits.

Along with your produce, you will receive an email newsletter with recipes, farm news, and tips on how to use and store your produce. Of course, we're always happy to answer any questions you may have when you pick up your basket each week. It's our pleasure to help you get the most enjoyment possible from your basket!

RISKS

Both the CSA member and the farmer share in the risks that can affect crops. In any farming endeavor, damage can occur due to unpredictable weather and pests. However, we employ many all-natural tactics to minimize damage such as crop rotation, row covers, mulch, and irrigation.
