THE CSA FOR FOODIES

WHAT WE GROW

Naturally, our crops vary according to the season and weather conditions. Goodies that you’ll likely find in your baskets include:

strawberries, gourmet lettuces, spinach, sprouts, radishes, scallions, salad greens mixes, cauliflower, kale, broccoli, peas, beets, fennel, blueberries, black raspberries, squash, garlic, cucumbers, carrots, onions, green beans, corn, cantaloupe, leeks, potatoes, watermelon, herbs, heirloom tomatoes, peppers, figs, turnips, collards, broccoli, flowers, and so on . . .

Realize that in any farming endeavor, damage can occur due to unpredictable weather and pests. However, we employ many all-natural tactics to minimize damage such as crop rotation, row covers, mulch, and irrigation.

HOW OUR CSA WORKS

Shares will be distributed weekly for a total of 12 WEEKS, beginning early May. A share is a peck basket containing approximately enough produce for a couple or a couple with small children depending on your eating and cooking habits.

Along with your produce, you will receive an email newsletter with recipes, farm news, and tips on how to use and store your produce. Of course, we're always happy to answer any questions you may have when you pick up your basket each week. It's our pleasure to help you get the most enjoyment possible from your basket!
