Our Easy Mix Cornbread Muffins are a cinch to mix and bake. It’s so hard to find mixes these days that don’t have questionable or even downright unhealthy ingredients. So, we set out to make a cornbread muffin mix that exceeds the quality of anything you’ll find at your local grocery. We started with our own stone-milled cornmeal, and we added organic wheat flour, a little organic sugar, some aluminum-free baking powder and bit of pink Himalayan salt. These tasty muffins are sure to become a family favorite. We love to serve them with beef stew, chili, homemade soups, BBQ ribs, jambalaya, collard greens, and beans. Top them with a pat of honey butter for an extra-special treat. As with all of our freshly milled products, no preservatives are added. So, storing in your refrigerator or freezer will prolong freshness.
